Our Journey Together
The theme of the retreat will be “The Evolutionary Now” - a multi-sensory, multi-dimensional experience to physically embody the next step in your soul’s higher calling. Our intention is to support you in aligning your mental, emotional, physical and energetic bodies to a new, higher frequency so that you can become receptive to your evolutionary future in the present moment and be ready to step forward into potent, divinely inspired action.
We work emergently, so there is flow and ease and co-creation in our intimate circle together. We will journey through a series of teachings and experiences to purify and tune the 5 bodies, including sound healing, yoga and multisensory journeys. There will be nature walks, music and fireside storytelling, as well as lots of craic* and celebration! And don’t worry, with a lovely long 5 day window, there’s plenty of time for personal space too.
The retreat will be held at Villa Gaia during the day and your hotel will be in the local village (Castel Del Piano) ten minutes away. All guests have access to the hotel spa and breakfast is included. We are pouring love into designing the nutrition that will align you with your Evolutionary Now! During the daytime healthy, high vibration food will be served at the Villa Gaia restaurant. And for evening meals, the local Italian food is absolutely delicious.
