Emily Lane
Emily Lane is a Futurist and Founder of the Evolutionary Intelligence Academy. With a professional background in business leadership, a near death experience catapulted her into a 20-year quest for deeper meaning, purpose and impact. Her journey led her to distil, explore and apply some of the most leading edge inner technologies in our world today. She has spent the last 6 years teaching and sharing the tools of evolutionary intelligence, as well as facilitating the birth and direction of several evolutionary initiatives.
She is a sought after speaker and is one of the keynote presentations at the inaugural World With Purpose Conference in Dubai, 2023. She has been published by Mindful Leader and is a faculty member of the prestigious Omega Institute in New York. She was also Founding Partner of the groundbreaking Conscious Business World Summit, Co-Founder of the Conscious Women's Leadership Forum and former host of the world’s largest mindfulness-in-business conference, Wisdom 2.0 in San Francisco. All of her work is infused with uplifting activation energy and her Irish sense of humour.

Tamara Moore is an International Strategic Partner with the Conscious Business Institute and the founder of Relevel. She is inspired to work with leaders to co-create emergent business strategy. Tamara’s passions include innovation, workforce development, business energetics, industry partnerships, executive coaching and teaching. She served over two decades in university higher education administration, helping evolve next generation leaders to create inspiring, purpose-driven cultures.
Tamara has a B.S. in business administration and master’s in public administration. She has extensive experience consulting in the business and government sectors and is certified in Strategic DoingTM, Conscious Business Leadership, Be Well Lead Well Pulse®, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, various assessments and facilitation techniques. Tamara was identified as a “Woman of Influence” by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and has received numerous leadership accolades throughout her career.
When she’s not helping leaders and organizations Re-Level, Tamara explores her passion for music and creativity by producing unique corporate and life celebrations with her husband Kirk.
